In episode 7, we sat down with Ryan Misner, assistant professor at Samford University in the Interior Design and Architecture department. Before his time at Samford, Ryan was the Assistant Director of Examination Research at the National Counsel of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB).

Throughout this episode, Ryan and I discuss firm culture, attracting talent, and what it looks like to mentor younger designers and architects. He also shares about Samford's design program and some of the unique ways they are equipping upcoming designers and architects.

I'm so thankful Ryan was willing to sit down and have this conversation. You don't want to miss it!
